Delete your account

Start your deletion request in Settings → Delete account in the Creator Program iOS app. If you cannot access the app, contact support@creatorprogram.app from your account email so we can verify your identity.

Submitting a request immediately hides your public profile and stops publishing and new sales. Previous buyers retain access to their purchased file versions.

You can still sign in and withdraw available funds while the request is open. Ordinary withdrawals require at least $20. Contact support for a final payout below $20. Unsettled earnings, pending withdrawals, negative balances, unconfirmed checkouts, fees, refunds and disputes must be resolved first.

Support manually completes account deletion within 30 days after settlement. The 30-day period begins once your balance and outstanding payment obligations are resolved.

On completion, sessions are revoked and unnecessary personal data and unpurchased files are removed. We retain required transaction, payout, refund, dispute, security and purchased-file records for buyer access and legal obligations. Your former username stays reserved to prevent impersonation.
